Take the time to make a meal aesthetically pleasing

Start a day with your hygiene routine

Getting yourself together FIRST can make a big difference in how you move and feel throughout your day. Not only will you feel good, smell good and look good, you will also be ready for anything that comes up throughout the day.


Take a morning bath

Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise

Now that it's getting warmer, going outdoors is more appealing and easier to do. Usually you get up early and jump right into workout or productive activity, but it’s summer time. Take a moment and enjoy. Throw on comfy clothing, find a nice spot, and watch the sunrise as you listen to music, journal, or plan your day. Then the workout can begin.
